Chip H. Eskridge - Chair B31.3  -  Worley ECR

Mr. Eskridge is the current Chair of B31.3 Process Piping Section Committee and an active member since 2001.  He is also a member of B31.5 Refrigeration Piping Section Committee and B31 Materials Technical Committee.  Mr. Eskridge has 40 years’ experience in the petrochemical and power industries (fossil,  synfuel, and co-generation), holding responsible positions including those in Process Engineering & Design, Project construction Management, Plant Commissioning, and Operations.   Mr. Eskridge is a Governor Appointee to Kentucky State Boiler/Pressure Vessel Code Committee.

Paul Davis - Director Quality Systems – Aftermarket & Construction Services, - Wood Group USA, Inc.

Mr. Davis have over 40 years’ experience in manufacturing, project, and commercial quality management, including twenty-five years of service with Wood Group USA, Inc (formerly Amec Foster Wheeler North America Corp.).   A graduate of Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA, Mr. Davis, qualifications include AWS CWI #04061671, Level II VT, PT, LT (Vacuum Box), ISO Internal Auditor, PMI Equipment Operator and has comprehensive knowledge of ASME, ASTM, and AWS, ANSI Codes.  Mr. Davis is a voting Member of the ASME B31.1 Committee – Vice Chair F & E, Secretary of SG O & M, and Chair of SG QC.

NDE - ASME Code Section V and changes from past edition

Ned Finney - Chair Section V – ASME Code  -  Duke Energy

Mr. Finney is a Member of ASME Codes and Standards Committees since 2007 and Currently Vice-Chairman of the Technical Oversight Management Committee (TOMC) and a member of the Board on Nuclear Codes and Standards (BNCS) as well as a member on 18 Committees.  Mr. Finney has been involved in Nondestructive Examination since 1983.  He is an ASNT Level III in 5 Methods, Radiographic (RT), Magnetic Particle (MT), Liquid Penetrant (PT), Ultrasonics (UT), and Leak Testing (LT) including Mass Spectrometer.  Mr. Finney also has many years’ experience in Eddy Current (ECT), Visual welding (VT-W), and ISI (VT-1, VT-2, VT-3), and QC Inspection methods including concrete and civil.  He also has a Broad NDE Fabrication and In-Service experience from NASA to Nuclear Power Plants, to Refineries and Pipe Manufacturing.

Marcelo Pereira - Manager, Code Services -  Hartford Steam Boiler (HSB)

Mr. Pereira holds a bachelor’s degree in Production and Mechanical Engineering from FEI – Industrial Engineering School and is a registered Engineer in the Brazilian Engineering Council.  Mr. Pereira’s is responsible to manage the HSB South America Team.   His 26 plus years of experience include 12 years working for CBC Heavy Industries (Mitsubishi Heavy Industries – group), as a Production Engineer and 14 years working for HSB in the positions of Authorized Inspector, Supervisor Code Services and currently as Manager Code Services. Commissioned from The National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessels Inspectors (N.B. Commissioned No. 13116) since 2006 with the AI Commission – B and R endorsement.
